The location was good, with plenty of greenery around, older building charm, and just a short walk to the beach. However, the lighting was poor. I enjoyed dining out for great steaks nearby and appreciated easy access to essentials like orange juice, milk, yogurt, fruit, and cereal from the nearby CVS.
